The front desk personnel were genuinely friendly and accommodating.

The room had a persistent mildew odor that was quite unpleasant.

The location was good for our needs and the hotel was easy to find. There was vacancy at this busy time.

The breakfast was poor; the elevators and halls were not clean. Out room , particularly the bathroom were not clean at all and I wondered if the towels had even been changed.

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was very nice for the price we paid, definitely above what I was expecting for a 59.99 room, comfortable beds and great bathrooms.

The whole hotel smelled like cigaret smoke but nothing that leaked I to the room. (we had a non smoking). Also the ice and soda machines ran out of ice and soda and no one refilled them.

The cute atmosphere at the hotel, and the tv in the room was good for my evening relaxation. I appreciated the easy access to our room, perfect for my mobility needs.

Improve cleaning and maintenance throughout the hotel.

We got poor driving instructions to find the motel from gateway airport. Finally arrived after midnight-forgot to tell us to get off highway 220 and go to highway 60. cancellation time was not made clear at all. I will not stay again at a super eight motel.

The location was perfect for what we needed, right off the freeway with shops and food nearby. The warm outdoor heated pool was a nice touch. Quick and easy check-in made it hassle-free. The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were stains and crumbs on the furniture, and it really needed a deep clean. There's also a persistent mildew odor in the room, hard to enjoy fully. The staff was friendly but could improve on addressing cleanliness concerns more proactively.

Stayed in brand-new triple room with queen beds...

We stayed in an amazingly comfortableroom with queen beds, fridge, ancient furniture. The price was US$ 106. The location was GREAT and favourable for exploring this quiet area, next to almost anywhere in greater Phoenix area, lots of eateries nearby as well as Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler.

Overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The pool was a nice touch for my family, but the room could have been more presentable. We made the best of it for just one night.

I chose this motel because my house lost power and needed somewhere to crash. But the room was something out of a horror movie-cigarette burns everywhere and a bathroom that looked like a crime scene.

It wasn't cheap for what we got, definitely not worth the price.

We loved the close drive to HoHoKam Park Stadium and enjoyed a day of miniature golf and bumper boats. The price was super affordable, and we appreciated the quick check-in and friendly staff. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway!

We noticed some noise issues from the hallways since the floors were bare. Some areas felt a bit outdated, but it didn't ruin our fun overall.

The location was excellent for commuting, right off the freeway. It was nice to have shops and food nearby, and i enjoyed the warm outdoor heated pool. Quick check-in made my arrival smooth.

I had a nice time enjoying the clean King Room with comfy pillows and a good shower. The outdoor heated pool and cozy sitting area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some hallway noise at times, but it didn't ruin my stay 😊
